The comprehensive timeline details key dates for student resumption, registration deadlines, lecture durations, and the upcoming sessional examination schedule.
Friday, May 29, 2026: Arrival of all students on campus.
Monday, June 1, 2026: Official commencement of registration for all students.
Friday, July 3, 2026: End of regular registration.
Monday, July 6, 2026: Commencement of late registration.
Friday, July 31, 2026: Final deadline for late registration.
Wednesday, June 3, 2026: Lectures begin across all departments.
Tuesday, September 15, 2026: Official end of lectures (marking 15 weeks of teaching).
Wednesday, September 16 – Friday, September 18, 2026: Annual Students’ Week activities.
Sunday, September 20, 2026: Pre-examination Interdenominational Service.
Examination Schedule and Student Departure
The second-semester sessional examinations and Computer-Based Tests (CBT) are scheduled to run for a duration of two weeks.
Monday, September 21, 2026: Second-semester examinations commence.
Friday, October 9, 2026: Official conclusion of all examinations.
Saturday, October 10, 2026: Departure of all students from the university campuses.
Important Examination Directives
The university management has outlined specific guidelines regarding the daily scheduling of the sessional examinations:
Final Year Examinations: All final year examination papers will be strictly administered during morning sessions.
Other Sessional Examinations: Examinations for all other levels will take place during afternoon sessions until all final year examinations are fully completed.
