Usher leads star-studded Game 6 crowd at 2026 WNBA Finals in Atlanta

Doesn’t matter what time the game starts, there isn’t a chance that people are going to miss the 2026 WNBA Finals between the Golden State Valkyries and Atlanta Dream.

Game 6 was held at State Farm Arena in downtown Atlanta, Georgia, and the stars were out at the venue of 17,600.

The Dream welcomed spectators to Atlanta, where the home team took a 46-26 lead by halftime, against Golden State.

The list of celebrities include Atlanta native and multi-platinum recording artist Usher, as well as singer, rapper and songwriter T-Pain, who performed at halftime of Game 6. Additionally, sports reporter Holly Rowe is out in the A checking out the highest stakes in women’s hoops.

Heiress Harris, daughter of rapper and entertainer T.I and Tiny Harris of R&B group Xscape, sang the national anthem before Game 6.

Rowe was honored, along with broadcast-mates Ryan Ruocco and Rebecca Lobo, by the USA Network WNBA Finals broadcast during the second quarter of Game 6.

Atlanta rapper Gunna is sitting courtside during Game 6 as he roots on his hometown team.

Usher

Usher is considered the ‘King’ of R&B. He needs no introduction as the eight-time Grammy winner who grew up in Chattanooga and Atlanta, has dazzled fans with his showmanship of singing, dancing and timeless hits including “Nice & Slow”, “My Way” and “Confessions.”

T-Pain

Two-time Grammy Award-winner T-Pain performed during halftime of the game. He’s known for hits such as “Bartender”, “I’m Sprung” and “All I Do is Win”. Hailing from Tallahassee, Florida, T-Pain has enjoyed success as a singer, rapper, producer, songwriter and recently a streamer (if you know, you know).

Holly Rowe

During the second quarter of Game 6, the USA Network WNBA Finals broadcast honored ESPN broadcasters Ryan Ruocco, Rebecca Lobo and Holly Rowe for their coverage of the WNBA Finals in previous years. The championship series was officially moved to USA Network and NBC/Peacock starting with the 2026 season, as part of an 11-year media rights agreement announced following the end of the league’s contract with ESPN.

Rowe, who has become a prominent figure for work in sports broadcasting, especially women’s sports, was in attendance at the game.

Gunna

Gunna is a rapper from Atlanta who began his music career in 2016. He created a buzz with different mixtapes and music projects such as his “Drip Season” series. His collaborative single with Lil Baby titled “Drip Too Hard” is what arguably got him commercial buzz in 2018. He has since released six albums: Drip or Drown 2, Wunna, DS4Ever, A Gift & A Curse, One of Wun and The Last Wun.

Heiress Harris

Heiress Harris is a child actress and singer who sang the national anthem before the start of Game 6 between the Dream and Valkyries. Harris is the daughter of three-time Grammy Award-winning rapper T.I. and Tiny Harris, born Tameka Cottle, a member of R&B group Xscape who won a Grammy for writing TLC’s hit “No Scrubs”.
