Transfer: Atletico Madrid ready to send Alvarez to Arsenal in return for Gyokeres

Atletico Madrid would be keen to send Julian Alvarez to Arsenal if it means they will get Viktor Gyokeres in return.

Alvarez has publicly declared his desire to leave the Wanda Metroplitano this summer.

But according to COPE, Atletico are reluctant to sell the Argentine striker to Barcelona.

It is understood they would be willing to do business with a club abroad.

Atleti will look to receive between €60m and €80m plus Gyokeres if Arsenal are also interested in the deal.

However, they will demand Alvarez’s €500m release clause from Barcelona.
