The stockholm">StockholmDiamond League quickly follows an action-packed night in Rome this week as the athletics circuit gathers pace ahead of this summer’s Commonwealth Games and European Championships.

Keely Hodgkinson grabbed a PB after dropping down in distance in the 400m, in a move designed to help the Olympic champion and her career-long quest to break three elite time barriers, but she will be back in her preferred 800m, with a word record in her sights this summer.

Jeremiah Azu goes in the 200m, with USA star Kenny Bednarek also lining up, while Dina Asher-Smith and Amy Hunt battle it out over 100m against the USA’s world champion Melissa Jefferson-Wooden.

Jake Wightman and Ben Pattison will be involved in a compelling 800m, including Olympic and world medalist Marco Arop and American teen sensation Cooper Lutkenhaus.

The meeting in Stockholm will be held on Sunday 7 June at the Olympic Stadium, Stockholm, Sweden.
