Week seven of high school football features a state semifinal rematch between West Sioux CSD and the MMCRU Royals, taking place in Hawarden, IA.

Hawarden rose to the upper 70s today, with clear skies. Those temps will steadily fall after sunset, with kickoff in the mid-70s, dropping to the upper 60s by the drive home. Wind speeds will be near 10-15 mph to start the game, but will decrease throughout. Wind gusts will actually increase, getting close to 20 mph near the end of the game. Overall, conditions look pleasant for tonight, but those winds could have a slight effect on any kicks tonight.
