The Vikings offense is loaded in every way, at every position. Of course, with a high-powered offense like the Vikings‘, they come with some notable fantasy football assets.
During the 2026 season here on Vikings Wire, we will review all fantasy-relevant skill players for the team and share whether they are worth a start.
Each position has players that can help or hurt your fantasy team, so this will be a form of start or sit. In this piece, we will be looking at the Vikings’ defense.
They have enjoyed a really fun stretch of games that saw them play the Dolphins, Saints, and Colts in consecutive games. The fun comes to an end, though, starting in Week 8, when they play the Lions, followed by the Bills, Packers, and 49ers. They may not be used again in fantasy lineups for some time, based on who is on the horizon for them.
Thus, we are suggesting finding another streamable defense in Week 8, perhaps going after the Jaguars, who play the Colts, as the approach to take.
