Osun Decides: Akpabio has ordered stop to collation -Davido alleges

Afrobeats superstar, Davido has alleged that Senate President Godswill Akpabio ordered the collation of the Osun State governorship election results to be stopped.

Davido made this allegation known in a statement posted on his verified X handle on Saturday.

This is as the results from the various polling units are being collated.

DAILY POST had earlier reported that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, had uploaded over 80 per cent of the results its Results Viewing Portal, IReV.

But Davido in a tweet said, “Senate President Akpabio has called the Collation Centre that they should stop collation,” Davido tweeted.

The incumbent governor, Ademola Adeleke, Davido’s uncle has won in a couple of polling units so far.
