Rafe Perich was 0 for 5, and has gone hitless in four straight games for the first time since the beginning of the season, when he went hitless in his first five games.
Joe Ross started for Round Rock, striking out two in two shutout innings. Marc Church struck out one in a scoreless inning. Luis Curvelo struck out two in a shutout inning. Rehabbing Chris Martin threw a scoreless inning.
John Taylor was 4 for 5. Jarred Kelenic was 4 for 6 with a pair of doubles and a triple. Aaron Zavala was 2 for 5 with a double and a walk.
The ACL Rangers won by a score of 21-3 in a game that saw Josh Owens throw a scoreless inning and also homer. Cody Freeman was 1 for 4 in his ongoing rehab assignment.
