The son of LSU head coach Lane Kiffin, three-star Class of 2028 recruit Knox Kiffin, is on a visit to Missouri football for the Tigers‘ game against Florida on Saturday in Columbia, the Tribune confirmed.
About an hour before the 2:30 p.m. kickoff in Columbia, several members of the Mizzou staff — from head coach Eli Drinkwitz and quarterbacks coach — briefly stopped and chatted with the 2028 recruit, who is among a sizable group of official visitors on campus.
Kiffin is a three-star recruit in the Class of 2028. According to the recruiting service 247Sports, he is the No. 795-ranked national recruit in his class and the No. 70-ranked quarterback.

Lane Kiffin played quarterback at Fresno State from 1994-96 before moving into coaching.
The Tigers have landed a quarterback in the Class of 2027: four-star Omaha native Braylen Warren. Current Mizzou quarterbacks Matt Zollers and Gavin Sidwar also will have remaining eligibility in the 2028 season.
The Tribune also confirmed that Mizzou men’s basketball has a high-profile target on campus for the Tigers’ homecoming football game against the Gators: four-star combo guard Devin Cleveland.
Cleveland, who is a 6-foot-3 guard La Porte, Indiana, is the No. 29-ranked player in the Class of 2027. He is visiting Columbia with current Mizzou commit Scottie Adkinson.
Mizzou has two commits in its Class of 2027: Adkinson and four-star power forward Cameron Barnes. If Mizzou can land Cleveland, that likely would round out the Tigers’ 2027 signing class.
