Kingsley Ozumba Mbadiwe University Post-UTME/DE 2026: Cut-off mark, Eligibility and Registration Details

Kingsley Ozumba Mbadiwe University (KOMU) has officially announced the commencement of its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session.

​The online application portal is scheduled to open on 1st June, 2026, and will close on 31st July, 2026. The application fee is fixed at a non-refundable rate of ₦2,000 only.

​Eligibility and Mode of Screening

​The institution clarified that the mode of screening will be strictly online, based on verified JAMB scores and O’Level results uploaded on the JAMB CAPS portal.

​Change of Institution Candidates: Candidates who did not originally choose KOMU as their first choice during the 2026 UTME, but scored a minimum of 150, are eligible to apply for programmes requiring a 150 cut-off, provided they effect a change of institution to KOMU on the JAMB CAPS portal.

​First Choice Candidates: Only candidates who selected KOMU as their first choice institution during the 2026 UTME registration are eligible to apply for high-demand programmes requiring a minimum JAMB score of 200 and above. Candidates who change to KOMU as their first choice after the initial UTME registration will not be considered for this specific category.
