FULOKOJA guidelines for visitation to the VC’s office

The Management of Federal University Lokoja wishes to inform members of the University Community and the general public of the approved guidelines for visits to the Office of the Vice-Chancellor.

This measure is aimed at ensuring that all visitors are attended to promptly while maintaining orderliness and efficiency in the coordination of official engagements.

Accordingly, the official visiting days to the Office of the Vice-Chancellor are Tuesdays and Thursdays, while the official closing time remains 5:00 p.m. daily.

Visitors are therefore respectfully advised to schedule and conclude their visits within the designated days and hours.For clarity and ease of compliance, the following guidelines shall apply:

1. Visits to the Office of the Vice-Chancellor shall take place strictly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, except where prior arrangements have been made.

2. All visitors are required to wait in the designated Waiting Room of the Vice-Chancellor’s Office and not in the Secretary’s office.

   

3. Visitors are expected to maintain proper decorum and orderly conduct at all times within the premises.

4. Visiting hours for members of the University Community and external visitors are between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on designated days, except where prior arrangements have been approved.

These guidelines are designed to promote efficiency, enhance service delivery, and ensure that all visitors are received in a timely and respectful manner.

Members of the University Community and the general public are kindly requested to adhere strictly to these directives.
