College of Nursing Sciences, Umulogho Obowo ND Nursing Admission form, 2026/2027

The College of Nursing Sciences, Umulogho Obowo (CONSUO), has officially announced the commencement of admissions for its National Diploma (ND) Nursing Programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.

​Applications are currently invited from suitably qualified candidates looking to pursue a career in nursing skills and serve Christ in humanity.

​Prospective applicants must meet the following criteria before securing admission:

​Academic Qualifications: Original photocopies of West African School Certificate (WAEC), Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE), or NECO. Candidates must possess five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology obtained at not more than two sittings.

​JAMB Score: A 2026 JAMB UTME result slip with a score of 150 and above.

​Age Verification: National Population Commission Birth Certificate or a Declaration of Age (Affidavit).

​Reference Letters & Testimony: A testimonial from the last secondary school attended, alongside a letter from the candidate’s parish priest or pastor.

​Identification & Photos: Three (3) recent passport photographs.

​Marital Status: Marriage Certificate (if applicable).

​Method of Application & Payment Details

​Interested candidates are to obtain Post-UTME forms directly from the school.

​Application Fee: A non-refundable payment of N30,600 (Thirty Thousand Six Hundred Naira only), which covers the screening fee.

​Important Note: There is no online sale of forms or processing of admission. All forms must be obtained directly from the school to avoid falling victim to scammers.

​Payment Reference: Candidates must ensure they use their full name as the payment reference.

​Examination and Screening Schedule

​The Post-UTME screening will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT) and is scheduled as follows:

​Venue: College of Nursing Lecture Hall

​Important Exam Notice: Candidates must arrive with their Photo Card (Form B) and original receipts of payment. Only candidates who meet the entry requirements and pass the Post-UTME will be considered eligible for admission. Candidates awaiting their results are advised not to apply.

​Form Sales: Commenced immediately.

​Application Deadline: Completed forms must be submitted to the school on or before 14th August, 2026.
