Super Eagles goalkeeper, Amas Obasogie, has rejoined Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, club Bendel Insurance.
Obasogie signed a one-year contract with the two-time NPFL champions.
Bendel Insurance announced the shot-stopper’s return to the club on their official X account on Monday.
“Back where it all began. Former captain and Super Eagles goalkeeper Amasogie Obasogie returns and signs a one-year contract.
Welcome home, Amas. The story continues,” the club wrote on X.
The 26-year-old left Bendel Insurance for Ethiopian Premier League club Fasil Kenema Sport Club in 2024.
Obasogie last played for Tanzanian Premier League club Singida Black Stars FC.
He was a member of the Super Eagles squad that claimed the bronze medal at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
