Tracker season 4 has hit a major new milestone and cemented its status as one of the biggest shows on television.
Premiered in February 2024, the CBS series stars Justin Hartley as Colter Shaw, a skilled survivalist and tracker who helps law enforcement and private citizens solve crimes and locate missing persons in exchange for reward money, alongside main cast members Robin Weigert, Abby McEnany, Eric Graise, and Fiona Rene. Premiered this past October 4, Tracker season 4 returns mostly to a case-of-the-week format.
Now, according to Nielsen live+7 multiplatform data (via Variety), Tracker season 4 received 13.86 million viewers during its premiere week, the second most-watched show across traditional television and streaming platforms. Leading the lineup was Marshals, which topped all entertainment programs with 15.14 million viewers. The two dramas also ranked as the most-watched shows on streaming platforms alone that week.
Tracker seasons 1–4 on streaming on Paramount+, while seasons 1–3 are streaming on Hulu. Season 4 is also available to stream for free on Pluto TV.
CBS launched its fall 2026 television season during the week of October 4 with impressive viewership across its new and returning shows. The network averaged 8.63 million viewers during premiere week, marking a 14% increase compared with the same period in 2025, which began on October 12.

These numbers show that CBS is enjoying a particularly strong fall, and Tracker remains one of their biggest draws. Its impressive debut suggests that viewers are still invested in Colter Shaw’s investigations as the show enters its fourth season. With Marshals also pulling in a massive audience, CBS clearly has a winning combination on its hands. The real test now is whether Tracker can maintain this momentum in the weeks ahead.
