His base salary will jump from $305,000 to $650,000, with annual increases built in. Much like his previous agreement, the contract remains heavily incentive‑driven.
Depending on postseason success and individual accolades, Morrison can earn more than $400,000 in additional bonuses. It’s a structure that reflects both his rapid rise and the program’s championship expectations.
