Tennessee is recruiting toward its 2029 football signing class. The Vols offered a scholarship to four-star wide receiver Justin Suega on Tuesday.
“After a great conversation with coach Deonte Cruse, I am blessed to receive an offer from Tennessee,” Suega announced.
The 6-foot-3, 185-pound prospect is from Federal Way High School in Federal Way, Washington. 247Sports ranks him as the No. 10 wide receiver in the class and No. 3 player in Washington.
Sacramento State was the first school to offer Suega a scholarship on Feb. 19, 2025. Other schools to offer him scholarships include Washington, San Diego State, Washington State, Colorado State, Utah, Arizona and Vanderbilt.
The Vols do not have a commitment in their 2029 recruiting class. Quarterback Kaden Craft is the only commitment in Tennessee’s 2028 football recruiting class.
Tennessee has 18 commitments in its 2027 football recruiting class: linebacker JP Peace, offensive tackle Princeton Uwaifo, quarterback Derrick Baker, athlete Jaden Butler, wide receiver KeSean Bowman, defensive back Carter Jamison and defensive back Brandon Leavell, tight end Malik Howard, cornerback Dylan Haley, linebacker Kenneth Simon II, kicker Ford Fehling, long snapper Sam McKeown, offensive tackle Q’Mari Hudson, athlete Dayon Cooper, safety Marcus Jones, offensive tackle Niko Kampas, running back David Gabriel Georges and running back Asa Barnes.
