Tottenham Hotspur have left Richarlison out of their Premier League squad, and according to Fabrizio Romano, the Brazilian forward is keen on leaving North London to join Trabzonspor. He has already reached an agreement on personal terms with the Turkish Super Lig club, where he would be earning three times more than at Spurs.
The two clubs are yet to reach an agreement over a transfer fee. Spurs have already rejected two offers from Trabzonspor, the first one of £15 million and the second of £20 million, but another one is expected to come imminently.
Richarlison arrived to England in 2017, and having spent a year with Watford and four with Everton, he joined Spurs for just over £50 million in 2022. At the age of 29 and with under a year left on his contract, he obviously isn’t interested in being a part of Roberto De Zerbi’s attempt to revive the team that barely avoided relegation at the end of last season.
