Real Madrid have built some of their best eras on the foundation of signing Galacticos for huge money and making them work within a system.
The club currently has many superstars like Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius Junior, Jude Bellingham and Yan Diomande.
Now, according to journalist Matteo Moretto, one other player on Los Blancos‘ radar, Erling Haaland, could eventually move to Spain to continue his career.
Moretto believes Haaland will eventually play in Spain
Speaking during MARCA‘s special Los 100 de MARCA by Orange programme, Moretto suggested that playing in La Liga remains an ambition for the Norway international.
“Haaland has always chosen his next destination step by step, considering the sporting aspect,” Moretto explained.
“He’s winning and has won a lot. I think his next step will be La Liga.”

The journalist then offered further insight into the striker’s ambitions.
“We still need to see which team, but he would really like to play in La Liga. Haaland has that dream.”
Moretto concluded with a confident prediction: “From what I hear, sooner or later he’ll end up in Spain.”
His comments arrive at a time when there is a lot of uncertainty surrounding the legal proceedings involving Manchester City.
Madrid have monitored Haaland for years and could explore a move for him if he becomes available in the summer of 2027.

Any club would love to have Haaland, but making him work within the system will be a major challenge.
Haaland is among Europe’s most prolific goalscorers, offering exceptional penalty-box movement, physical presence and clinical finishing.
His arrival would give Mourinho a traditional centre-forward capable of converting the chances created by Madrid’s attacking midfielders.
However, Los Blancos‘ forward line already features Mbappe, Vinicius and Diomande, and adding Haaland to the mix could be overkill.
Financial considerations also matter, given the striker’s long-term Manchester City contract and the likely cost of any transfer.
If the Norwegian eventually decides to pursue his Spanish ambition, Real Madrid will have to be all over it, and it remains to be seen how things pan out.
