Portsmouth have completed the signings of Serbian striker Marko Milovanovic from Spanish side Almeria and goalkeeper Daniel Bielica from Dutch team NAC Breda.
Milovanovic, 22, has agreed a four-year-deal at Fratton Park in a deal understood to be in excess of £3m.
He started his career at Serbian side Partizan Belgrade before moving to Almeria in 2022 where he played 35 times in total, scoring three goals.
Milovanovic spent last season on loan at FC Alverca in Portugal’s top tier where he scored 10 times in 32 appearances.
“We are delighted to strengthen our attacking options with the signing of Marko,” Pompey boss John Mousinho said.
“He has the physical attributes required to compete in English football, but is also someone comfortable with the ball at his feet.
“His goal return in Portugal last season was impressive and I’m looking forward to seeing what he can do for Pompey as we try to build on our past two campaigns in the Championship.”
Bielica has signed for an undisclosed fee on a three-year-deal.
He began his senior career with Polish side Gornik Zabrze before moving to the Netherlands in 2024 and made 65 top-flight appearances across two seasons with Breda.
“He is a very experienced player with plenty of minutes at a high level of European football under his belt,” Mousinho said.
“Daniel joins Pompey following a strong season on a personal level in the Netherlands and provides us with another excellent option between the sticks”

The key figures at Portsmouth have all been open about an increased budget this summer.
It is understood the upfront fees before any potential add-ons for Marko Milovanovic and Rocco Shein combined exceed £5m.
That is comfortably more than Pompey’s entire transfer budget last summer, although these fees are still quite modest by Championship standards.
Some fans have been frustrated with how long these deals have taken, however the club cannot control when news is first leaked at the other end of a deal.
With Shein and Milovanovic it was at the early stages, they also cannot control the speed of various visa processes.
Pompey still want a holding midfielder, a left-back, potentially another centre-back and a right winger.
A return for Abu Kamara is very much a possibility and would be excite supporters, although there are still some hurdles to overcome for that deal to happen.
