It is a critical time for the Green Bay Packers, who are still searching for answers for their sputtering offense.
While Jordan Love has been productive, his efficiency has been problematic. In three games, he is averaging a career-worst 52.4% completion rate.
The Packers will try to get back on track in Week 4 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Love will have a marquee matchup with Baker Mayfield, and he will need to be near-flawless to regain his confidence.

In a video posted by The Athletic’s Matt Schneidman, the 27-year-old quarterback stressed that the offensive line will be the key, although he also sounded like he was making a desperate plea.
“Playing quarterback, obviously, you always need time. The more time you have, the better you are able to pick apart the defense and find those completions. That’s with anything. You always want time. Obviously, there are times you may not have time, but you gotta find those answers,” said Love.
“I’ve got to talk about this. That’s an area that we’ve got to improve on, is in pass pro, just making sure we’re going to the right people and sustaining blocks for as long as we can, giving me some time to be able to pick the defense apart.”

The Packers lost to the Atlanta Falcons, 35-14, in Week 3 to fall to 1-2. Love went 28-of-53 for 312 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception.
ESPN’s Mina Kimes weighed in on Green Bay’s offensive line, noting that the beleaguered unit is not the only issue.
“The reality is, this offensive line is making most of the offense dead on arrival, and I just don’t see an easy way out because it’s not one position that they have to fix. It’s multiple,” said Kimes.
The Packers will visit the Buccaneers on Sunday.
