The bloc led by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has secured a projected 54 seats in the country’s parliament, according to partial results from the October 27, 2026, election.
Data released by Israel’s Central Elections Committee showed that Netanyahu’s bloc was ahead of the opposition bloc led by Gadi Eisenkot of Yashar, which had secured 49 seats, with 84.5 per cent of ballot boxes counted as of 12:34 p.m.
Arab-led parties, comprising the Joint List and Ra’am, were projected to win a combined 17 seats, according to the figures.
Meanwhile, several parties remained below Israel’s 3.25 per cent electoral threshold required to enter parliament. They included Reservists, with 2.7 per cent; People of Israel, with 1.6 per cent; and Charedi Public, with 0.2 per cent.
The election results remain provisional, with further changes possible as counting continues.
Votes submitted through double envelopes, including ballots cast by soldiers, are expected to be counted later and could affect the final distribution of seats.
