No. 13 seed Naomi Osaka is headed to the women’s singles third round at the 2026 U.S. Open, where she’ll face No. 23 seed Elise Mertens. The two will play in Louis Armstrong Stadium at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Queens, NY, starting at 7 p.m. ET on Saturday, Sept. 5. The Osaka vs. Mertens match will air on ESPN2.
