Three people were injured after a crash in Derby Road, Ilkeston, which involved two cars, one of which went through the side of MFA Bowl shortly before 17:00 BST on Friday, said police.

The BMW crossed all 16 lanes before coming to a stop on the other side of the building.

Derbyshire Police said a 21-year-old, of Ilkeston, has been charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving, criminal damage – recklessly endangering life, failing to provide a specimen for analysis and assault.
