FUNATO invites students to submit compositions for official university anthem

This is to inform all students of the Federal University of Agriculture and Technology, Okeho that further to the approval of Senate, the University hereby invites interested students to submit written and voice compositions for an anthem to be adopted by the University.

Submission Guidelines:

All entries should be forwarded to the Dean of Students, Professor Luqman Akinbile, via WhatsApp: 0802 325 0454

​Entries will be reviewed by a panel constituted for this purpose.

Prizes:

​The panel will select the best entry for adoption as the University Anthem. The composers of the first three entries will be rewarded as follows:

​1st Prize: ₦250,000.00

​2nd Prize: ₦200,000.00

​3rd Prize: ₦150,000.00

​Deadline:

​Submission closes at the close of work on Friday, 8th May, 2026.
