Hussaini, a teacher at Central Pilot Primary School, Kuru, was reportedly taken from her residence in Kuru community on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, and has remained in captivity since then.

A family member, Suwaiba Abdullahi, made the appeal on Tuesday, disclosing that the kidnappers had demanded 50 million before releasing the married teacher.

Abdullahi said the incident had been reported to the police, while the family continued to seek help to secure Hussaini’s freedom.
