Some advertisements are so perfect that you could convince yourself they’ve always existed. Some marketing deals between a company and a client are so hand-in-hand that it seems a travesty that the partnership didn’t exist earlier.
For the Wisconsin Badgers, that’s the case with their newest jersey patch sponsorship with Culver’s, a beloved fast-dining restaurant from the area. On Monday, the Badgers announced that they will enter an extended partnership with the Wisconsin-based restaurant, which will include jersey patches of the company’s logo.
Beyond just the jersey patches, Culver’s will continue with its logo inside the Kohl Center as the on-court partner as well. The company will also work with Badgers student-athletes through NIL opportunities and create original content designed to engage the Badgers’ fan base.
“There are few things more quintessentially Wisconsin than Culver’s,” Deputy Athletic Director and Chief Revenue Officer Mitchell Pinta said in a statement. “This partnership is a natural fit for our jersey sponsorship—it’s a beloved brand among Badgers and a longtime partner of Wisconsin Athletics.”
The Culver’s logo will make its debut this season when Wisconsin opens the 2026 season at Lambeau Field against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish on Sept. 6.
