Get ready for the country’s most prestigious Dirt Late Model race — the World 100 is back at Eldora Speedway this weekend.
Celebrating its 56th annual race, the World 100 is just getting bigger and better. For the first time ever, the champion will collect a six-figure payday at $100,000. The three-day purse has also grown to $680,200, surpassing the Dream purse and ensuring at least $5,600 to each feature starter on Saturday.
Eldora also follows an “Every Lap Matters” format, which means drivers earn points throughout qualifying and either their shootout or preliminary-feature finish. A driver can earn up to 500 points each night and 1,000 across both programs, and point totals will then seed the heat races on Saturday.

The World 100 at Eldora will not air on national TV. It will, however, be available to stream on FloRacing, which provides subscribers with access to live streams, event replays and FloSports Originals.

The prelim races will take place Thursday and Friday. The Late Model heats (15 laps), Late Model consolations (20 laps) and the 56th annual World 100 feature (100 laps) will take place on Saturday.
