The 2026-27 NBA preseason will officially wrap up on Friday, with a Grizzlies-Hornets showdown bringing the action to Memphis.

With fresh talent and new coaching staff, the Grizzlies are hoping to turn things around this season. No. 3 overall draft pick Cameron Boozer is living up to the hype already, putting up solid numbers with each preseason contest so far. Can head coach Tuomas Iisalo be the difference-maker for this franchise?

The Hornets have played a limited postseason, navigating the team’s new look without franchise star LaMelo Ball. Despite an opening loss to the Nets, Charlotte bounced back in a big way with a dominant win over the Bucks, 105-90. Brandon Miller debuted with 18 points, while Naz Reid followed closely behind with 16.
