Only three days after Diamond League’s meet in Rome, competition will now head to Stockholm for the circuit’s annual leg in Sweden.
Formally known as the Bauhausgalan, this professional track and field meet held at Stockholm Stadium is the city’s most prestigious international sporting event of the year. Serving as the fifth stop of the 2026 Wanda Diamond League season, top athletes from around the world are expected to compete.
Already confirmed for pole vault this weekend, Mondo Duplantis will have a homecoming in Stockholm, but there will be plenty of challengers against him. Sam Kendricks, Kurtis Marschall and Sondre Guttormsen will all compete in pole vault, while other major names like Kenny Bednarek and Dina Asher-Smith will take to the track.
