VIDEO: ASCSN Rejects Privatisation Of 120 Unity Schools Across Nigeria

Speaking during a press briefing at King’s College, Lagos, the union maintained that Unity Schools should remain under government ownership and control.

The ASCSN argued that concessioning the institutions could undermine the core ideals upon which the Unity School system was established — fostering national integration while providing quality and affordable education to children from diverse ethnic, social and economic backgrounds.
