Venezia director Filippo Antonelli has confirmed talks are at a very advanced stage for Sevilla striker Akor Adams, DAILY POST reports.
Transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano reported on Saturday that Venezia, and Sevilla have agreed on a €16m fee for the Nigeria international.
Antonelli revealed there are some details to be sorted before the transfer is completed.
“I promise that I will tell you everything once it is all closed.The talks are at a very advanced stage, but there are still some final details to work out,” Antonelli told reporters during Sunday’s press conference.
Adams linked up with Sevilla from French club Montpellier €5.5m in January 2025.
The 26-year-old was the Rojiblancos’ top scorer last season. He scored 10 goals with three assists in 32 league appearances.
