Skytrax, an aviation rating company, conducted the world’s largest airline passenger satisfaction survey to determine the airlines with the best business-class offerings in the world.

The airlines were evaluated by customers from over 100 nationalities between September 2025 and August 2026.

Skytrax also ranked business-class lounges, seats, and catering across carriers.

Qatar Airways’ famous QSuite won for the 13th time.
