· · 1 min read

On Friday, the university announced that Morrison, now entering his fourth year, texas-m-volleyball-locks-jamie-184409121.html">will receive a new five‑year contract worth $3.35 million, a deal that positions him among the highest‑paid volleyball coaches in the nation. His base salary will jump from $305,000 to $650,000, with annual increases built in. Much like his previous agreement, the contract remains heavily incentive‑driven.

Depending on postseason success and individual accolades, Morrison can earn more than $400,000 in additional bonuses. It’s a structure that reflects both his rapid rise and the program’s championship expectations.
