Texas A&M Board of Regents approves coach's new contract

Texas A&M’s women’s athletics have been carrying the banner lately, and one coach in particular has elevated his program to new heights. After guiding the Aggies to their first national championship in just his third season, head volleyball coach Jamie Morrison is being rewarded in a big way.

Depending on postseason success and individual accolades, Morrison can earn more than $400,000 in additional bonuses. It’s a structure that reflects both his rapid rise and the program’s championship expectations.
