Tennessee football is back at home after a week off following its road loss to South Carolina.
The No. 16 Vols (6-2, 3-2 SEC) host No. 8 Kentucky (7-1, 5-1) on Nov. 7 (6:15 p.m. ET, ESPN) at Neyland Stadium. Tennessee has a chance to improve its chances of making the College Football Playoff against the Wildcats, who are tied for first in the SEC.
The Vols had a disappointing performance against the Gamecocks coming off their upset over Alabama, losing 27-24 on the last play of the game Oct. 24 when South Carolina hit a 48-yard field goal. But a win over Kentucky would keep Tennessee’s CFP hopes alive for now.
