The superstar has built a real estate portfolio worth at least $100 million, according to property records reviewed by Business Insider.
She’s used trusts and limited liability companies (LLCs) to buy homes throughout the US.
Swift reached billionaire status in 2023, and her record-breaking Eras Tour is a big factor in her fortune.
Swift’s net worth has continued to grow with the 2025 release of her album and film, “The Life of a Showgirl;” she also wrote and performed an original song for the “Toy Story 5” soundtrack in June 2026.
This year, Swift also married Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce in a star-studded wedding.
Kelce brings several multimillion-dollar properties into the marriage, including homes in Kansas and Missouri.
He also recently bought a sprawling lakefront mansion in Ohio for $5.35 million.
