Peanuts and Crocs have been giving fans plenty of reasons to clear out some closet space over the past year, with collaborations ranging from the 75th-anniversary Classic and Mary Jane Clogs to October’s festive Holiday Lined drop. But the latest reveal might be the most fun one yet.
Snoopy has plenty of alter egos, but none comes close to Joe Cool, the sunglasses-wearing, red-sweater-loving beagle who first appeared in a May 27, 1971, Peanuts strip. With his laid-back attitude and signature wall-leaning pose, the “big beagle on campus” has remained a fan favourite for decades. Now, Crocs is finally giving him a pair of shoes worthy of his cool reputation.
The upcoming Peanuts Joe Cool Classic Lined Clog is nothing like the usual foam footwear. Instead of the familiar perforated rubber shell, it features a quilted red nylon puffer jacket inspired by Joe Cool’s signature outfit. Crocs has also packed in plenty of Snoopy details, including an embroidered hidden patch beneath the front puffer flap, custom charms, and woven patches across the heel strap. Better yet, fans won’t have to wait long to get their paws on a pair. The fleece-lined collaboration is officially listed for a December release, arriving just in time for the holidays.

Starting Tuesday, December 8, 2026, fans can get their hands on the Peanuts Joe Cool Classic Lined Clog (style code 215868-90H) for $99.99 through the official Crocs website. Unlike the usual lightweight clogs, this one is built for colder weather, with a warm, fuzzy fleece lining that makes it just as suitable for lounging indoors as heading outside. It also comes in unisex sizing, ranging from Men’s 2 to 13 and Women’s 4 to 12.
The design is where things get particularly fun. The quilted red nylon puffer upper takes inspiration from Snoopy Joe Cool’s signature sweater and fastens with a toggle bungee cord. But there’s a little surprise hiding underneath the front flap: an embroidered patch of Joe Cool relaxing in his trademark shades. The pivoting heel straps also come loaded with woven patches and four exclusive dimensional PVC Jibbitz charms. Considering how quickly some of these Peanuts collaborations disappear, fans can already visit the product page on Crocs.com and sign up for email or text alerts before the December launch.
Between Starbucks Cups And Timex Watches, Being A Peanuts Collector Is Getting Expensive

Crocs isn’t the only brand keeping Peanuts collectors busy. Even without major theatrical releases, the franchise has had a steady stream of merchandise collaborations throughout the year. September brought Starbucks’ popular fall collection inspired by It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, complete with Snoopy glass cold cups, barista plushes, and custom Frappuccinos.
October followed with Timex’s $189 Weekender “Pumpkin” and “Day of the Dead” watches, featuring leather straps and hidden Indiglo autumn leaf backlights. At this point, keeping up with every new Peanuts collectible is becoming an expensive hobby. Meanwhile, fans who would rather get into the holiday spirit without spending a dime have another reason to revisit the Peanuts gang. Apple TV is once again making its classic holiday specials free to stream for non-subscribers across three separate weekends.
Following October’s 60th-anniversary streaming window for It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown (October 17-18), A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving will be available on November 14-15, followed by A Charlie Brown Christmas on December 12-13. There’s also a new special to look forward to, with Snoopy Presents: 12 Days of Snoopy set to premiere on November 13. Between the new Crocs and these holiday classics, Snoopy is making sure the festive season belongs to the Peanuts gang once again.
Created by Charles M. Schulz, Peanuts is a multimedia franchise that began as a comic strip in the 1950s and eventually expanded to include films and a television series. Peanuts follows the daily adventures of the Peanuts gang, with Charlie Brown and his dog Snoopy at the center of them. Aside from the film released in 2015, the franchise also has several Holiday specials that air regularly on U.S. Television during their appropriate seasons.
