Italy international Federico Chiesa was reportedly approached by Atletico Madrid, Roma, Napoli, Como and Fiorentina, but Footmercato insist he is refusing to leave Liverpool.

The pattern looks as if it will continue to repeat, as every time the transfer window opens, there are reports that multiple sides are interested in finally giving Chiesa regular playing time.
However, he always slams the door firmly shut, convinced that he can make his mark at Anfield eventually.
Chiesa has barely played for Liverpool

He joined Liverpool in 2024 for €12m plus add-ons, a very small fee because his contract was running down and it was the last chance to make a sale.
His contract runs to June 2028 and Footmercato claim that Atletico Madrid were the most determined to convince Chiesa into making a move.
They were joined by Serie A sides Roma, Napoli, Como and Fiorentina, with three of those teams in the Champions League this season.
Chiesa rebuffed them and is convinced he can win over new Liverpool manager Andoni Iraola, after struggling with Arne Slot.
The Italy international has only made 50 competitive appearances for the Reds, starting just nine of those matches, but still contributed five goals and five assists.
He turns 29 in October and his injury record continues to be a concern, especially when he cannot get regular playing time.
