The convocation marks the formal completion of the students’ academic journey at the university and provides an opportunity for the institution to recognise their achievements.
University Showcases New Developments
Beyond the conferment of degrees, the convocation period is also being used by Redeemer’s University to highlight some of its recent developments.
The university is showcasing facilities designed to support students and promote entrepreneurship as part of activities surrounding the ceremony.
The developments form part of the institution’s broader efforts to provide an environment that supports academic development while encouraging students to explore entrepreneurial opportunities.
The facilities are also expected to contribute to the university’s efforts to equip students with skills and opportunities beyond their formal academic programmes.
Graduating Class Marks Academic Milestone
For the “Christ Ambassadors Set”, the 18th convocation represents the culmination of their studies and a transition to the next stage of their academic, professional and personal journeys.
The ceremony brings together undergraduate and postgraduate graduands as the institution celebrates the completion of their programmes.
The 2,471 graduating students are expected to formally conclude their studies during the convocation activities, marking another milestone in the history of Redeemer’s University.
The ceremony also provides an opportunity for the university community, families and other stakeholders to celebrate the academic accomplishments of the graduating class as they prepare to move into further studies, professional careers and other pursuits.
