Purdue lands four-star point guard for 2027 recruiting class

Savage announced his commitment to the Boilermakers during the holiday weekend on a 247Sports and CBS Sports HQ webcast.

“I chose Purdue because of the relationship I have with the coaching staff, the trust I built, the system they have for me,” Savage said on the webcast. “I feel like they’re just the best fit for me.”

Auburn, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech and UCLA were all in the mix for Savage before the five-foot-eleven point guard chose Purdue.

Kevin Savage is one of the most consistent players in the class of 2027. He is the type of PG you can trust from day one. @KevinSavage_K3
