A prominent Senate member in the United States, Lindsey Graham, has passed away.
The communications director for his office disclosed this in a post on X early on Sunda.
According to the statement, the senator passed away on Saturday evening after a brief and sudden illness.
“On the evening of Saturday, July 11, U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham passed away from a brief and sudden illness.
“Senator Graham’s family appreciates prayers at this time and asks for privacy during this incredibly difficult period.”
