Pareeksha – The Final Test is a Hindi drama film directed and written by Prakash Jha. The story revolves around Buchchi Paswan, an ordinary rickshaw driver who dreams of providing his son with a better education and a brighter future. The film explores the struggles created by social and economic inequality within the education system.
The film features Adil Hussain, Priyanka Bose, Sanjay Suri, Shourya Deep and Shubham Jha in key roles. Sanjay Suri plays SP Kailash Anand, a police officer who becomes involved in helping underprivileged children with their education.
Pareeksha was presented at the International Film Festival of India in 2019 and was later released digitally on ZEE5 on 6 August 2020.
