NPFL: Bendel Insurance must improve on poor away form – Boboye

Bendel Insurance technical adviser, Kennedy Boboye believes that his side poor away record is bad for their title ambition.

The Benin Arsenals have lost all their away fixtures in the NPFL this season.

The Benin-based club lost 3-0 to Abia Warriors in their last game.

Boboye insisted that his team must improve on their away form.

“We can’t think of winning the league and continue losing games like this,” Boboye told completesports.

“This is the third game we’ve lost away from home. If you want to be a champion, you must make sure you get positive results from away games and not depend on home games alone.”

Bendel Insurance will do battle with Barau FC in their next game.

Boboye described the encounter as a must win for his team.

“Obviously, it’s going to be a must-win game for us if we must stay among the top sides on the log and contest for the title,” added Boboye.
