Nigerian Navy College of Account & Finance, Owerrinta HND Admission form, 2026/2027

The Nigerian Navy College of Accounts and Finance (NNCAF), Owerrinta, Abia State, has officially commenced its admission exercise for Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.  The admission window is open to all personnel of the Armed Forces of Nigeria as well as other security agencies.

The institution offers accredited HND programmes in the following specialized fields:

​Eligibility & Admission Requirements

​Prospective applicants must satisfy the following criteria to be considered for admission:

​O’Level Requirements: A minimum of five (5) credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB (ordinary level) obtained in not more than two (2) sittings.

​National Diploma (ND) Qualifications:

​Candidates must hold a National Diploma with a minimum of Lower Credit in the relevant discipline from an NBTE-accredited programme.

​A minimum of one-year post-ND cognate work experience in the field of specialization is required.

​Candidates who graduated with a Pass level in their ND may be considered, provided they have a minimum of two (2) years post-ND cognate work experience.

​Eligible candidates can complete their application through the following process:

​Application Fee: The form costs Five Thousand Naira (₦5,000) only.

​Transcript Submission: Applicants must ensure that hard copies of their official transcripts are forwarded to the College.

Important Deadline: Hard copies of transcripts must reach the College not later than 17 July 2026.
