NFL world reacts to Laremy Tunsil injury news

What a couple of days for the Washington Commanders. On Friday, Washington announced the signing of four-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Stefon Diggs. On Saturday, head coach Dan Quinn revealed starting center Nick Allegretti would miss at least another week with a calf injury, and the Commanders signed three veteran offensive linemen for depth.

Later on Saturday, star left tackle Laremy Tunsil left practice with some type of arm injury. Many initially speculated it was a stinger, which would have been a positive diagnosis, considering the recovery time. Unfortunately, Washington received the worst possible prognosis later on Saturday; Tunsil suffered a torn pec. He will miss most of the upcoming season, if not all. It was a brutal blow for the Commanders and quarterback Jayden Daniels.

– T Laremy Tunsil reportedly tears tricep and will miss a lot of time

Losing Tunsil is a back breaking kind of issue for the Commanders. Damn!
It’s either they ride with Brandon Coleman at LT or they try to trade for a veteran that can start for the bulk of the year.

Obviously a big loss with Tunsil getting injured.
