Starting this season, DAZN is partnering with the NBA to become the exclusive local media rights partner for the 2026-2027 season for those teams, meaning that the service will act as your local Regional Sports Network for the season. Additionally, they will also stream select games that are only available via local RSNs for other teams in the league, including the New York Knicks, Orlando Magic, Detroit Pistons and Charlotte Hornets.
(Note that games exclusively broadcast by ABC, ESPN, NBC, Peacock or Prime Video will not be available on DAZN.)
If you’re a fan of a particular team and want to be able to watch their locally broadcast games this season, all in one place, you’ll need to sign up for a team subscription at DAZN. Monthly passes will be available from $19.99, while a Season Pass will start at $119.99. As an incentive for eager subscribers, fans who sign up by Oct. 15 can get a discounted rate; an Early Bird Season Pass will cost just $59.99. There’s also a more robust Ultimate plan that starts at $24.99/month. The NBA preseason begins on Oct. 3, while the regular season tips off on Oct. 20, so now is the time to subscribe so you won’t miss a single game.

Which NBA team games will stream on DAZN?
The Indiana Pacers, Cleveland Cavaliers, Minnesota Timberwolves, Memphis Grizzlies and San Antonio Spurs will all stream local games exclusively on DAZN for the 2026-2027 season. Looking to watch the reigning champions, the New York Knicks? You can catch 65 of the Knicks’ regular-season games live on DAZN this season, and many other teams, too.
What NBA games will stream on DAZN?
DAZN will be the exclusive local broadcaster for the Indiana Pacers, Cleveland Cavaliers, Minnesota Timberwolves, Memphis Grizzlies and San Antonio Spurs, excluding any of their games that are selected for exclusive national broadcast by the NBA on ABC, ESPN, NBC, Peacock, or Prime Video. Over the course of the season, the streamer will carry 80 Memphis Grizzlies games, 71 Indiana Pacers games, 65 Minnesota Timberwolves and San Antonio Spurs games, and 70 Cleveland Cavaliers games. Not to mention that you’ll also get access to preseason games for each team, game highlights and full-game replays, and additional original programming.

Whichever team you sign up for, your subscription will provide access to a dedicated team environment within the DAZN app, including live locally broadcast games, pre-game, halftime, and post-game shows, and original team content. Games will also be available to watch on demand. These plans are available to viewers who live within the teams’ usual broadcast territory. Out-of-market viewers who want to access a team’s local games will still need an NBA League Pass subscription (or tune in to national broadcasts when they air).
One quick caveat for current subscribers to a regular DAZN plan: If you want to have access to your favorite NBA team’s games, you will have to add on an NBA plan to your existing subscription, and pricing and subscription options can vary by team.
How much will a DAZN subscription cost, and what are the subscription options?
This season, fans can download the DAZN app for free and start with a 7-day free trial before choosing the subscription that works best for them.
A monthly pass to the team of your choice will be available for $19.99, while a season pass will cost $119.99. Fans who sign up by Oct. 15 can purchase an Early Bird Season Pass for $59.99, saving 50%. There’s also a more robust Ultimate plan, which costs $24.99/month or $139.99 per season, and it offers a four-game multiview experience, the ability to stream on up to 5 devices, alternate game views and a 25% discount at your team’s store.
Are there any free NBA games streaming on DAZN?
Yes. There will be dozens of regular-season games and preseason games available at no cost on the DAZN app, though you will need to create a free DAZN account if you don’t already have one. A complete game schedule has yet to be announced.
Do NBA season ticket holders receive access to DAZN?
Yes. NBA season ticket holders will receive a complimentary DAZN Season Pass subscription for the 2026-27 season.
