One of the top returning forwards for the Spartans has been named to an All-Big Ten preseason team.
Michigan State hockey forward Ryker Lee has been named to the preseason Second Team All-Big Ten. The notable recognition for Lee was announced on Wednesday.
Lee is set to play his second season for the Spartans after an impressive freshman campaign last year. In his first season with the Spartans, Lee recorded 15 goals and 15 assists for 30 total points.
Lee is a first round pick of the Nashville Predators, and has shown signs of being a future NHL player. His ability to make plays out of nothing has been astonishing in his short time with the Spartans, and makes him one of the most exciting players in all of college hockey this upcoming season.
