Hickory threw a combined no hitter. Starter A.J. Russell retired all 10 batters he faced, striking out five. Geury Rodriguez walked four and struck out one in 1.1 IP. J.D. McReynolds struck out three in 1.1 IP. Jormy Nivar walked one and struck out two while handling the final three innings.
Hector Osorio had a hit, a walk and a stolen base. Marcos Torres was 3 for 4 with two doubles and a stolen base. Paulino Santana doubled and walked. Yolfran Castillo was 2 for 5 with a double. Daniel Flames was 3 for 4 with a stolen base. Josh Springer had a hit.
Hub City starter Ismael Agreda went four innings, striking out five, walking two and allowing a two run homer. Andrew Susac allowed two runs in 1.2 IP, striking out two and giving up a homer.
