Leeds United will face German Bundesliga side RB Leipzig at Elland Road during pre-season, in preparation for the 2026/27 Premier League campaign.
Daniel Farke’s side will begin the summer by travelling to the United States for three friendly matches against Wrexham, Sunderland and Liverpool, before returning to home soil to face the German outfit.
The match will take place at Elland Road on Saturday 8th August 2026, with kick-off scheduled for 2pm.
Leipzig finished third in Bundesliga in the 2025/26 season, qualifying for the UEFA Champions League. They will begin their new season on the same weekend as the Whites, two weeks after this fixture.
The two teams have never met before, so a first outing awaits. Full ticket information for this fixture will be announced in due course.
