Lane Kiffin’s first stadium entrance at LSU went about as we all expected.
Kiffin always finds a way to make himself the center of attention, and that wasn’t too difficult with College GameDay in town and the eyes of the college football world descending on Baton Rouge for Saturday night’s game against Clemson.
In classic Kiffin fashion, he was flanked by several celebrities from the state of Louisiana as he entered Tiger Stadium, including former LSU gymnast Livvy Dunne, comedian and podcaster Theo Von and model Brooks Nader. They likely won’t be the only celebrities we see on the sideline Saturday night.

LSU signed up for a circus when it hired Kiffin, and they’re certainly getting what they paid for. Kiffin’s track record at Ole Miss speaks for itself, but he has also introduced plenty of potential distractions.
We’ll see if the star-studded stadium entrance is just a corny moment before a big win or a sign of a lack of focus.
