Kim Kardashian’s Monaco Grand Prix weekend delivered glamour, Ferrari attention, and one awkward Martin Brundle grid-walk moment that left F1 fans furious.
Kardashian was in Monte Carlo to support Lewis Hamilton after their reported relationship became public, with reports placing her around Ferrari during Saturday’s free practice and qualifying buildup.
Hamilton then rewarded the attention with a second-place finish, but the loudest celebrity talking point came before lights out.
Kim Kardashian blanks Martin Brundle during Monaco grid walk
Martin Brundle tried to speak with Kardashian on Sky F1’s traditional pre-race grid walk, but the exchange went nowhere.
“How, how are you today?” Brundle asked, before following with: “Are you enjoying F1?”
Kardashian did not answer either question, continuing through the grid with her entourage. Brundle later appeared to be nudged by someone close to her and responded: “Don’t push me, mate. I’m nearly famous.”
The clip quickly angered fans, many of whom argued that celebrities given grid access should at least acknowledge the broadcaster. Others defended Kardashian, saying she was not required to stop for an interview in the middle of a chaotic Monaco grid.
Her appearance was still a major F1 celebrity moment. She was seen around Ferrari areas across the weekend, while also being spotted near Charles Leclerc’s partner, Alexandra Saint Mleux, as the paddock turned into a fashion and gossip event.

“Kim Kardashian and anyone on the grid who thinks that they are bigger than the sport they are visiting should be banned from ever being on the grid again,” said one heated fan.

“They have no class or manners… What an insult to Martin Brundle! Who has interviewed real celebrities and not been treated like that?” said another angry fan.
“TV gold. Fair play to Brundle for trying to speak to a Kardashian without prior approval,” said another fan.
Lewis Hamilton’s podium makes Kardashian’s Monaco visit bigger
The actual race gave Kardashian plenty to celebrate.
Kimi Antonelli won a chaotic Monaco Grand Prix, but Hamilton finished second for Ferrari after surviving a race packed with retirements, a late Safety Car, and a red flag caused by track damage.
Leclerc’s crash ended his race, leaving Hamilton to carry Ferrari’s podium hopes. Formula 1’s official standings still show Leclerc ahead of Hamilton, with 75 points to Hamilton’s 72, so the seven-time champion has not yet overtaken his teammate in the table.
There were social clips claiming Hamilton blew Kardashian a kiss during the podium celebrations, but that specific moment was not confirmed by major race reports.
What is clear is that Kardashian’s first full Hamilton race weekend became a spectacle. Hamilton got the podium. Brundle got ignored. F1 got exactly the kind of celebrity controversy Monaco always seems to create.
